One on one interview can help you know the applicants communication skills, attributes, friendliness and the ability to think quickly. Also by conducting an assessment that can evaluate the applicants to make sure that they have the skills in working in a call center and they are self starters individual.

Make them feel that theirs always room for improvement that they can perform well and be productive as well.
